Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Assist with employee engagement activities
Maintain and update employee databases and HR documentation
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist the HR team with various projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology,
or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
