Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for insurance products.
- Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and policy details to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and customer records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience in Insurance Sales / Health Insurance Sales / Telesales will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
