Job Summary

The role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their internet and connectivity requirements, explaining suitable broadband solutions, generating and following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, strong follow-up abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Interact professionally with customers and understand their broadband and internet requirements.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain fiber broadband, internet plans, offers, pricing, and service benefits.
- Recommend suitable connectivity plans based on customer requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for new customer connections.
- Update lead details, customer information, follow-up activities, and sales status in the CRM.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, renewals, and additional services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving overall business objectives.





Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or related roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
