We are looking for a highly driven TA Specialist with proven experience in bulk hiring for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have an established candidate pipeline and the ability to close positions within aggressive timelines.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2–7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring of Inside Sales roles
- Leverage existing candidate pipeline and personal network for quick closures
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain strong follow-ups and candidate engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bulk / mass hiring
- Strong network of candidates across relevant industries
- Expertise in using recruitment portals and sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
