Job Summary

We are looking for a Real Estate Executive to handle property sales, client interactions, site visits, lead follow-ups, and business development activities across Kerala. The role requires strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with property buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property visits and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and developers.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and support deal closures.
- Maintain leads, property details, and sales reports.
- Stay updated on local property prices and market trends.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or field business development.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Kerala real estate market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
