Job Title: Jr. Architect

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed working drawings
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for design integration
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design
- Assist in resolving design and execution-related issues at site
- Prepare presentations, design reports, and documentation
- Maintain updated records of drawings and revisions
- Mandatory Site Visits

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge / hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit




- Familiarity with SketchUp / Lumion / 3ds Max is an advantage
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Salary: As per industry standards.
Work Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
