Responsibilities :-

1. Teaching & Learning Delivery

- Deliver engaging, structured, and concept-driven lessons using the school-provided teaching content (lesson plans, worksheets, PPTs, and answer keys).
- Ensure lesson delivery aligns with CBSE learning outcomes and grade-level competencies.
- Promote active learning through discussions, problem-solving, and hands-on activities.
- Reinforce conceptual understanding and application through real-life examples and projects.

2. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

- Administer and evaluate assessments, assignments, and projects provided by the school.
- Monitor student performance, maintain accurate records, and provide individualized feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and implement suitable remedial or enrichment measures.
- Share regular progress updates with students and parents.

3. Classroom Environment & Student Engagement

- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning atmosphere.
- Encourage participation through inquiry, collaboration, and critical thinking exercises.
- Support the academic and emotional well-being of all students.

4. Parent & Community Interaction

- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and through scheduled updates.
- Provide insights on student progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Represent the school positively in academic events and inter-school programs.

5. Professional Growth & Collaboration

- Participate in CBSE and school-led training, workshops, and cooperative academic planning.
- Stay updated on educational trends, NEP 2020 mandates, and technology-enabled teaching tools.




- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and effectiveness in content delivery.

Skills and Competencies:

- Solid command of subject matter and pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
- Competence in using smart boards, digital tools, and e-learning platforms.
- Classroom management, empathy, and ability to engage adolescents meaningfully.

Qualifications and Eligibility:

Essential Qualification:

- Graduation in the relevant subject with a minimum of 60% marks.
- B.Ed. in the relevant subject is mandatory.

Preferred Qualification:

- Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% marks, especially for higher secondary/PGT positions.
- CTET/TET qualification is preferred for Grades 1–8 and may be advantageous for higher grades.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a CBSE or recognized school preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching are encouraged to apply.
