We develop foundational models (such as our MoE-Mamba general reasoning architecture and security-focused models) and ship them across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with deep agentic capabilities. We need a Video Generalist who can translate complex AI mechanics, agentic workflows, and product launches into compelling visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

- End-to-End Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and post-produce high-impact video content—ranging from snappy product demos and technical deep-dives to launch trailers and social clips (YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Translate Technical Concepts into Visuals: Take abstract AI behaviors (like model reasoning loops, local file manipulation, and MCP server integrations) and turn them into clean, engaging screen recordings, animated walkthroughs, and visual explanations.
- Rapid Iteration & Prototyping: Move fast from concept to cut. Work alongside the GTM and product teams to ship weekly updates that highlight new features and real-world utility.
- Motion Graphics & UI Polish:



Enhance raw screen captures and interface demos with professional motion graphics, clean typography, sound design, and pacing that commands attention.
- Cross-Platform Adaptation: Tailor core video assets into multiple formats optimized for different audience surfaces, distribution channels, and community touchpoints.

What You’ll Bring

- A Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated experience editing and producing engaging video content, ideally for software, developer tools, tech startups, or modern digital creators.
- Technical Fluency: Comfort working with industry-standard editing suites (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and capturing crisp screen/audio recordings.
- An Eye for the Narrative: You know how to structure a story so it hooks the viewer in the first three seconds and clearly communicates why a product matters without relying on empty tech hype.
- Builder's Hustle: You thrive in rapid-moving, ambiguous startup environments where things change quickly and independent execution is valued over heavy oversight.
