We are looking for a motivated and professional Academic Counselor to guide candidates interested in our European Driver Program. The role involves counseling candidates, explaining the training process and career opportunities, and supporting them throughout their enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates about the European Driver Program, eligibility, training, and career opportunities.
- Explain course structure, theoretical and practical training, certification, and placement process.
- Assess candidates’ backgrounds, qualifications, and suitability for the program.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Address candidate queries and provide accurate information about the program.
- Convert eligible and interested candidates into program enrollments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update follow-up status.




- Coordinate with the training, documentation, and placement teams.
- Meet assigned counseling and enrollment targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in academic counseling, telecalling, education, recruitment, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.
- Solid follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
