Position: Executive-Counter Sales & Customer Service

Location: Palam Airport , Delhi

Job Summary

Pansari is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Executive – Sales to join our team at T3, Airport. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry, along with hands-on experience in counter billing, customer handling, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle counter billing and POS operations accurately and efficiently.

· Welcome customers and assist them with their requirements.

· Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling of food and beverage products.

· Explain products, offers, and promotions to customers.

· Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

· Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

· Achieve assigned sales and upselling targets.

· Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales counter.

· Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

· Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.





· Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Counter Sales / Retail / Food & Beverage with good personality with customer-handling skills.

· Prior experience in counter billing and POS operations preferred F&B; experience.

· Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Candidates with a nearby location preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
