Job Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their laptop and accessory requirements.
- Explain and demonstrate laptop specifications, features, configurations, pricing, warranty, and available offers.
- Recommend suitable laptops based on customers’ requirements, usage, and budget.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Demonstrate laptops and other products to customers and highlight key features and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products, accessories, warranty, EMI, exchange offers, and after-sales support.
- Maintain solid product knowledge across different laptop brands, models, processors, RAM, storage, graphics, and other specifications.
- Cross-sell and upsell accessories such as bags, keyboards, mice, headphones, software, antivirus, and other related products.
- Generate leads from walk-in customers and follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.




- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, sales, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, pricing labels, and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Coordinate with the inventory/store team regarding product availability, stock movement, and customer requirements.
- Assist with billing, order processing, documentation, and delivery coordination whenever required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with showroom policies, sales procedures, and company standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive customer experience at all times.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the Store Manager or management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
