Rtstics is looking for a creative Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphic design and motion graphics content.
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Develop animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life.
- Maintain high visual and creative standards across projects.

Requirements

- Robust skills in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
- A strong creative portfolio or showreel.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills

- Blender or 3D design experience.
- Figma or UI design knowledge.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
