Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Officer for the Customer Advocacy Team (CAT) focused on loyalty initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance customer engagement and drive retention strategies. The Senior Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement loyalty programs that align with company objectives and customer needs. The candidate will also analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve customer experience and loyalty metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at increasing retention and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business goals.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Coordinate and execute customer engagement activities, including events, surveys, and communication campaigns.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure the loyalty programs remain cutting-edge and effective.




- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status and impact of loyalty initiatives.

Tools Required:

- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of customer experience management (CEM) tools.
