Sunday Croissant is a mid-premium croissant brand launching in Hyderabad. As we open our doors, we're looking for a Cafe Manager who can lead the team and shape the customer experience from day one.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee daily cafe operations — staffing, scheduling, stock, and store upkeep
- Be the go-to person for customers, handling questions, feedback, and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Lead, coach, and motivate the on-ground team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Coordinate with the brand and supply teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- Uphold cafe standards for hygiene, presentation, and service quality

What We're Looking For:

- Prior experience in cafe or restaurant management, preferably in F&B; or retail




- Excellent communication skills — able to manage customers, staff, and vendors with clarity and confidence
- A natural problem-solver who stays composed under pressure
- Robust leadership instincts and a hands-on approach
- Someone who genuinely enjoys people and hospitality

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and talent.
