The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team management of multiple two-wheeler showrooms within an assigned cluster. The role involves driving vehicle sales, finance and insurance penetration, after-sales coordination, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and OEM standards.

Experience
