Qualification:

- Any Degree / Diploma

Experience

4-6 years in insurance follow-up and team handling with minimum 2 years in Prosthetics and Orthotics Supply (DMEPOS)

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Excellent knowledge in end-to-end billing process
- Should have working knowledge in more than 3 billing software
- Capable of Trend analysis and strategy planning on revenue improvement
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

The Nymbl and Waystar billing software experience will be an added advantage with O & P experience in California State

- Strong in People Management, Project Management and Quality Management
- Should be worked in large team size environment and handled 15+ FTE from all RCM Verticals such as Insurance Eligibility and Verification, Patient Demographic, Charge Entry, claim submission and fixing rejections, Payment Posting, A/R Follow-up, Denial management, correspondence and patient A/R
- Should be worked in such as Prosthetics and orthotics supply, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Chiropractic, Radiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Family Practice…
- Experience of Multiple Billing software such as Nymbl, OPIE, ECW, Advance MD, Athena, Office Ally, MedEvolve, Allscripts, Cerner…




- Managing Daily operation such as productions, Quality and error tracking
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Good in Strategies, Dashboards, Metrics and new concepts to bring better outcomes to meet client goal and internal by increasing better efficiency to generate more revenue

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Entire end to end delivery with high customer engagement/ Quality and Process Efficiency / Work force management
- Responsible to provide performance Report, as well responsible to highlight on the red flagged areas and to provide strategies to prevent all the loops proactively
- Meet client requirement based on SLA, maintain SOP based on client feedback and circulate to corresponding team.
- Participate in client call on need basis
- Responsible for month end financial closeout of the account and provide the billing information associated with clients for RCM revenues
- Prepare and analyze AR reports, weekly and monthly financial reports
- Analyzes trends impacting charges, coding, collections and AR and take appropriate action to realign staff and revise policies and procedures
- Responsible for work allocation, training, and problem resolutions, evaluates performances and provide recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
- Keep up to date with Payer rule changes and distribute and information to client and internal team
- Responsible for sharing weekly activity report
