Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior concepts based on client requirements and project briefs
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations
- Create detailed architectural and interior drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and ceiling plans
- Develop 3D models and realistic renders using relevant design software
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Conduct site visits and ensure design execution matches approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare working drawings and documentation for execution
- Review measurements, BOQs, quotations, and material requirements when required
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and design standards
- Ensure designs meet applicable building, safety, and technical requirements
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, products, and technologies

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and construction details




- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings and interior execution
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of furniture, lighting, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and false ceilings
- Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Strong understanding of Indian construction practices and materials
- Ability to prepare skilled client presentations and design proposals
