Key Responsibilities

- Drive school acquisition, revenue growth, renewals, and programme expansion across assigned clusters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, CSR organisations, NGOs, and institutional partners.
- Ensure effective programme implementation, school success, customer satisfaction, and quality delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop the School Partnerships & Success team to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare and execute cluster business plans, monitor KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective operations, CRM usage, documentation, pricing, contracts, invoicing, and collections.
- Collaborate with Product, Programme, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams on strategic initiatives.
- Ensure timely reporting, stakeholder management, compliance, governance, and performance reviews.

Ideal candidate profile • At least five years of B2B or institutional sales experience.





- Direct experience in school acquisition, institutional sales or revenue-led partnerships.

- Evidence of achieving revenue targets, closing contracts and managing collections.

- Experience in renewals, account growth and upselling.

- Ability to lead sales associates and coordinate with programme-delivery teams.

- Existing relationships with school owners, principals or education networks in Assam.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East.

- Strong English communication; Assamese or Bengali is highly desirable, with Hindi as an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
