Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable TNPSC Trainers to join our team and help students prepare effectively for TNPSC and other competitive government examinations.

Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any government competitive examination are also encouraged to apply. Experienced TNPSC trainers and candidates with relevant teaching/coaching experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
- Teach subjects/topics according to the TNPSC examination syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and easy-to-understand methods.
- Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and revision sessions.
- Analyse students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Stay updated with TNPSC notifications, syllabus changes, exam patterns, and current affairs.
- Motivate and mentor students throughout their exam preparation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of study materials and test series.

Eligibility

- Candidates with a strong interest in TNPSC and competitive government examinations can apply.




- Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any government competitive examination are eligible to apply.
- Experienced TNPSC trainers and competitive-exam faculty are also welcome.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Tamil .
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of TNPSC exam patterns and preparation strategies.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and result-oriented sessions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.
