Job Summary

Deputy Billing Engineer (Civil) civil construction projects ke billing, quantity estimation, subcontractor billing, client billing aur BOQ verification ka kaam handle karega. Candidate ko building construction billing aur site coordination ka practical experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities

- Client RA Bills aur Final Bills prepare karna.
- Contractor/Subcontractor bills verify aur certify karna.
- Site measurements aur quantity calculations karna.
- BOQ verification aur quantity reconciliation.
- Work progress ke according IPC/Running bills banana.
- Rate analysis aur extra item statements prepare karna.
- Tender quantity vs executed quantity comparison.
- Civil drawings se quantity extraction karna.
- Measurement Book (MB) maintain karna.
- Billing records aur documentation maintain karna.




- Site engineers aur accounts team ke saath coordination.
- Material reconciliation aur wastage control reporting.
- GST invoices aur billing documentation support.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–7 years experience in civil billing
- Residential / Commercial building project experience preferred

Required Skills

- Quantity Surveying knowledge
- BOQ preparation & verification
- MS Excel & AutoCAD knowledge
- Rate analysis & reconciliation
- ERP/Billing software handling
- Good communication & documentation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ahmedabad location candidates preferred
- Site billing and contractor billing experience
- Ability to work independently at project site

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Job Location

Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
