Embedded Engineer

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Mode: On-site (Thane)

Must-Haves for This Role

Education: Degree/Diploma/Post Graduation in Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in dual hardware-software micro-controller development environment.

Freshers: A deep understanding of core embedded principles and programming fundamentals is required.

Technical Skills: Expert in micro-controller architectures (MSP430/PIC24), secure networking (TLS), and industrial communication protocols (CAN Bus, Modbus TCP, SPI, I2C, UART etc.).

Soft Skills: Fast problem-solving response, collaborative mindset for floor technicians and clear technical communication skills.

Candidate preferred location: Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (15 to 30 days maximum notice period).

Key Responsibilities

Dual-Domain Development: Design, develop, test, and manage both hardware circuits and embedded software systems.

Firmware Development: Write clean, optimized, and reliable code in Embedded C and C++ for micro-controllers.

Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Coordinate actively with the production and manufacturing teams to isolate, debug, and resolve hardware or software issues arising during assembly or testing.

Battery Portal Monitoring: Monitor, analyze,



and maintain the cloud-connected battery management portal to ensure optimal performance and uptime of energy storage systems.

Peripheral Integration: Interface various sensors, memory modules, and communication peripherals (SPI, I2C, UART, SDFS) with the core processors.

Debugging & Connectivity: Perform real-time debugging and implement robust connectivity features using TCP/IP, USB 2.0, and USB OTG.

Expectation:

Full-Stack Ownership: Must proficiently bridge the gap between hardware design (circuits/peripherals) and firmware implementation (C/C++).

Scope Of The Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry bus protocols (SPI, I2C, UART) and high-speed interfaces (USB 2.0/OTG).

System Reliability: Expertise in designing and debugging complex, connected systems, specifically related to power management (BMS) and cloud uptime.

Problem Solver: Ability to operate as a highly collaborative debugger, resolving failures that span the software, hardware and manufacturing domains.
