We are seeking Shuttering Foreman for our sites Nanded City - Sinhagad Road and Riverview City - Loni Kalbhor.

Mandatory requirement - The candidate must possess experience of 2+ years in Mivan Technology :

1 . Read and intrepret Mivan Drawings, layout plans and GFC drgs.

2. Supervise erection, alignment , plumbing and stripping of Mivan Panels

3. Marking, leveling and setting out for walls , slabs beams columns as per Mivan system

4. Ensure proper sequence of shuttering : Wall panels , slab panels , prop alignment and Deck

5. Check verticality, alignment and level of panels using plumb bob , level tube and total station

6. Ensure proper cleaning, oiling and maintenance of mivan panels

7 Prevent leakages , honeycombing and dimensional errors during concreting

8. Follow EHS protocols while working at height and during panel shifting

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience - 5-8 years in Mivan Shuttering

2. Education - ITI in carpentry

3. Technical Skills _ Good Knowledge of Mivan systems , tools and accessories . Able to read drawings

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
