- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of South Indian cuisine.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to order necessary supplies.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to continually enhance the menu.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure consistent quality in all dishes served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
