About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and guest-focused Guest Relationship Manager to join our growing hospitality and travel team at Fursat. In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest communication across multiple booking platforms and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from inquiry to checkout.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and support across platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, and other travel channels.
- Respond to guest messages, calls, and WhatsApp queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist guests with booking details, stay-related concerns, and basic travel support.
- Maintain accurate booking and communication records.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect professionalism, warmth, and hospitality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must own a laptop for daily work operations.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of online booking platforms and customer handling is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
