Cuddle Cuts Kids Salon is looking for a professional Salon Manager who can oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control. Key responsibilities include hiring and training employees, ensuring excellent customer service, managing finances and sales targets, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and handling client complaints.

Key responsibilities

- Client services: Ensuring high-quality services, addressing client needs, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Operational oversight: Managing day-to-day salon activities, such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Financial management: Handling bookkeeping, tracking expenses and income, managing sales, and processing client payments.
- Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering products, and maintaining a well-stocked inventory without excess.




- Marketing and sales: Developing strategies to attract current clients, promote services and products, and meet sales targets.

Essential qualifications

- Experience in salon management or a similar leadership role in a renowned salon.
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle client complaints and requests with grace.
- Basic accounting and financial management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
