Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding project enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with leads.
- Update and maintain customer details and lead status in CRM records.
- Coordinate with directors for site visits and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Assist in converting enquiries into successful sales.




- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Requirements

- Diploma or Any Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM systems.
- Customer-friendly and confident personality.
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
