Sandeep Edgetech is looking for CNC Operator in Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
1. Set up machinery: Install fixtures, vices, and custom clamps onto the machine bed to hold raw stock.Load tooling:
2. Select and secure the correct cutting tools (drills, end mills, inserts) into the tool carousel.
3. Set offsets: Calibrate the machine's X, Y, and Z axes to match the raw material's position.
4. Execute & monitor: Load the program file, run the initial test piece ("first article"), and closely watch production for tool wear or sound anomalies.
Requirements:
- Experience in precision machining or tool steel preferred
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
