Job Description:

Looking for a skilled and responsible Lab Technician to join the hospital laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate sample collection, laboratory testing, result reporting, documentation, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sample collection and processing: Collect and process samples as per lab protocols
- Testing and analysis: Conduct tests and analyze results accurately
- Equipment maintenance: Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and functions properly
- Quality control: Follow QC procedures to ensure test accuracy
- Reporting results: Report test results promptly and accurately
- Documentation: Maintain records of tests, results, and equipment maintenance
- Infection control: Follow infection control protocols to ensure safety
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data Lab technician skills

Qualification:

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant qualification

Experience:

- 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
