Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to communicate with customers, promote products or services, generate leads, answer inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships. The role require excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to achieve sales or customer targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Answer inbound customers calls and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issue when necessary.

Required Skills :

- Excellent English and Hindi verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Listening and persuasion abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Target oriented and self-motivated

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Education : 12th Pass and Any Graduate
- Experience : Fresher with excellent communication skills
- Personal Laptop is Mandatory
- Requires a valuable Instagram profile

Pay : Up to 15,000 per month + Incentives

Work Location : WFH

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
