- Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, identify needs, and generate sales lead.
- Call Management: Follow scripts while adapting to customer responses, maintain call logs, and manage call time efficiently.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Data Management: Update customer records in a CRM system and maintain accurate documentation of calls and sales.
- Market Research: Gather information about customer needs and market trends.
- Collaboration: Work with sales or support teams to improve customer experience and close deals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,727.71 - ₹15,000.00 per month
