Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise daily interior work including carpentry, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing according to design drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials (plywood, laminates, hardware) and monitor workmanship standards.
- Drawing Reading: Interpret 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for on-site workers.
- Vendor & Labor Coordination: Manage contractors, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries and smooth workflow.
- Progress Reporting: Track project milestones and update project managers or clients on daily progress and site deviations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



1 to 5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interior fit-outs.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, site measurements, and basic AutoCAD or blueprint reading.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities to resolve in office conflicts quickly.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Interior Design (often preferred
