Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage all field marketing activities for real estate projects
- Handle site branding, hoardings, banners, kiosks, pamphlet distribution, and outdoor promotions
- Organize marketing events, exhibitions, property expos, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local networks
- Coordinate with vendors, printing agencies, event agencies, and branding teams
- Monitor marketing activities and ensure proper execution on site
- Identify new locations and opportunities for promotional activities
- Support sales team for lead generation and walk-in customer activities
- Conduct competitor market surveys and local area research
- Manage marketing staff and field executives
- Track daily marketing activities and submit reports to management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
