Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with deep expertise in B2B sales, government tendering, and public procurement platforms. In this role, you will lead our client engagement strategies, manage key account relationships, and drive business growth through public and private procurement channels.
Key Responsibilities

- Procurement Operations: Independently handle end-to-end bidding and vendor registration processes on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and various E-procurement platforms.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring solid relationships, client retention, and account expansion.
- Tender & Bid Management:



Identify relevant government and enterprise tenders for electronic components, meters, and EV charging solutions; prepare, submit, and track technical and commercial bids.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales aligned with business targets.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure project requirements, delivery timelines, and billing terms are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of account management or business development experience in electronic manufacturing, smart meters, or EV charging infrastructure.
- Portal Expertise: Proven hands-on experience navigating the GeM portal and government E-procurement systems (vendor enrollment, product listing, L1 analysis, bid preparation, and order fulfillment).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of electronic components, utility metering systems, or EV charging technology.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
