Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain course.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.

Requirements

- Tamil speaking is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
