E-Commerce Accountant

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurugram
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days | Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
- Reconcile sales, returns, refunds, and payment settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate invoices and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and support audits.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and marketplace reconciliation.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory,



and order management.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
