RCM TEAM LEADS – REMITS

Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad, Cochin

Role Overview

The Remittance Team Lead will supervise a team of 5–10 members handling payment posting, denial management, and reconciliation. This role requires a robust understanding of payer EOBs, denial codes, and remittance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily remittance posting and denial workflows.
- Ensure accuracy of payments and adjustments entered.
- Oversee denial categorization and resolution.
- Train and support team members on EOB interpretation and payer rules.
- Prepare regular performance reports on posting accuracy and turnaround time.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in medical billing with remittance/denial handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of payer remittance processes and denial management.




- Leadership experience in guiding small teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Kochi.
