We're Hiring: Executive Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

Location: Sanjan, Gujarat (Near Vapi, Valsad & Umbergaon)
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA-HR preferred)
Experience: 3–7 Years

Are you passionate about identifying and attracting top talent? We are looking for a dynamic Executive Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to drive white-collar hiring for corporate and manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
✔ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
✔ Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
✔ Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate engagement
✔ Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
✔ Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✔ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure quality hiring within defined TAT

Functional Hiring Experience:

Production | Maintenance | Quality | PPC | Purchase | Projects | Engineering | Safety | Stores | Logistics

Key Skills:

✅ Recruitment MIS & Excel proficiency




✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
✅ Solid candidate engagement and conversion skills
