They are responsible for overseeing all daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring efficient service, high-quality products, excellent customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, business acumen, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and Manage Staff: Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate the entire cafe team (baristas, servers).
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and promptly resolve all customer complaints.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain a clean, organized cafe environment.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure consistent high quality of all food, beverages, and presentation standards.
- Manage Inventory and Ordering: Monitor stock levels for supplies (coffee, food, etc.), place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
- Handle Financial Management: Process cash, manage the till, control costs,



and work within the operating budget to maximize profitability.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., food safety).
- Implement Marketing: Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract and retain customers and drive sales.
