Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer / Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end IT Asset Management, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling ITAM configuration, development, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro)
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Software License Management and Compliance
- CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs)
- ServiceNow Discovery and Software Discovery
- Software Normalization and Reconciliation
- REST / SOAP API integrations
- IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Import Sets and Transform Maps
- ServiceNow Scripting and Platform Development
- Business Rules,



Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer
- Scheduled Jobs and Scripted REST APIs
- Troubleshooting, Incident Resolution, and Production Support

Preferred Skills

- SCCM / MECM
- Microsoft Intune
- SAP / ERP Integrations
- ServiceNow Procurement and Contract Management
- ITIL Processes
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD / ITAM Certifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in both HAM and SAM Pro
- Experience in ITAM configuration, customization, and development
- Strong integration and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently manage development and production support activities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
