Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration / ITI Electrician / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical from a recognized institution.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle the electrical and mechanical maintenance of equipment and infrastructure at our Automobile Fitness/Inspection Center. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of testing equipment, electrical systems, and AC/refrigeration units through regular maintenance and timely troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and testing equipment
- Handle AC and refrigeration unit servicing, repair, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery and center infrastructure
- Ensure minimum downtime of testing equipment through timely maintenance
- Coordinate with Lane Incharge/Operators to address equipment issues promptly
- Maintain maintenance logs and equipment service records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling electrical/mechanical work
- Assist in installation and setup of new equipment as required
- Manage spare parts inventory related to maintenance work

Required Qualifications & Experience:





- Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / ITI Electrician / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Hands-on knowledge of AC/refrigeration systems and electrical circuits
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment faults
- Basic understanding of testing equipment used in vehicle inspection centers (preferred)

Skills Required:

- Solid technical skills in electrical maintenance and AC/refrigeration systems
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance
- Attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work in shifts
