ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and preferably have experience managing campaigns for GCC markets, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

We are looking for someone who can create strategies, manage campaigns, analyze data, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop complete performance marketing strategies based on client objectives, target audience, market, and budget.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage and optimize campaigns targeting GCC countries.
- Create strategies for lead generation, sales, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience, market, and competitor research.
- Decide the right platform, campaign objective, audience, budget, creatives, and optimization strategy.
- Plan customer journeys from Awareness → Engagement → Lead Generation → Conversion → Sales.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Focus strongly on ROI and ROAS rather than just reach, impressions, or engagement.
- Analyze key metrics including CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaigns.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Develop monthly performance strategies and optimization plans.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to improve campaign performance.




- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in handling GCC market campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Ability to independently develop marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Strong knowledge of ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make strategic decisions.
- Good understanding of different GCC audiences and market behavior.
- Knowledge of funnel strategy and customer acquisition.
- Experience with different industries and business models is an added advantage.
