- Prior telesales experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and order processing.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
