Banking & Alliances to act as the key SPOC between our Sales Teams and Bank Partners.

What you’ll handle:

- Bank coordination & escalations

- Sales lead allocation and follow-ups

- MIS, TAT & performance tracking

- Documentation & process compliance

- CRM management and process improvement

What we’re looking for:

- Graduate/Postgraduate

- 2+ years in Banking Coordination, Alliances, Sales Operations or Fintech

- Strong stakeholder management & communication

- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards

- Prior bank/fintech partnership experience preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer coordination, sales documentation, order processing, and day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders, quotations, and requirements.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS reports, and daily/weekly sales trackers.

Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery status.

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders,



and other sales-related documents.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, orders, and other requirements.

Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team.

Track sales targets, pending orders, and other sales activities.

Assist the sales team with administrative and documentation work.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Basic knowledge of MIS and sales reporting.

Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Customer-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, MIS, Back Office, or a similar role.

Candidates with experience in Excel, CRM, order processing, and customer coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
