About the role

- Edit short-form reels — strong hooks in the first few seconds, sharp cuts, trending audio/music placement, and pacing that keeps viewers watching till the end
- Understand what makes a reel work on social media — hook, retention, rhythm, and knowing exactly when to cut and when to let a shot breathe
- Turn raw shoot footage into scroll-stopping, publish-ready reels
- Design aesthetic carousels for Instagram — clean, on-brand, and built to hold attention slide after slide
- Design trip itineraries as visual graphics — clear, well laid out, and aesthetically consistent with our brand
- Maintain our visual identity across reels and graphics — consistent colours, fonts, and layout language
- Work closely with the content/social media lead to bring shoot and campaign concepts to life
- Stay on top of reel edit trends, transitions, and carousel/itinerary design styles — bring ideas, don't just execute briefs

Requirements





- Up to 2 years of experience — freshers with a strong reel/carousel portfolio welcome too
- No specific degree required, skills and taste matter more
- Strong grasp of short-form video editing — hooks, pacing, music/sound sync, b-roll placement, knowing when to cut
- Highly skilled in graphic design — strong sense of colour, layout, and what feels aesthetic within brand guidelines, especially for carousels and itineraries
- A valuable eye is non-negotiable — work should instinctively look and feel right, not just technically correct
- Familiar with tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects for reels, and Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator for graphics
- Bonus: understanding of what makes travel content perform well on Instagram
