Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Counselor who can understand client requirements, explain our healthcare programs clearly, build trust with potential clients, and support them through the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and previous experience in sales, counseling, or healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain ReDial Clinic's programs and services.
- Counsel potential clients and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build solid relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper handling of assigned leads.
- Support the complete client onboarding and enrollment process.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure proper service and communication.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and WhatsApp.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about healthcare and lifestyle programs.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
