Job Description – CNC Machining Operator
Job Title: CNC Machining Operator
Department: Production
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical or relevant trade
Job Responsibilities
- CNC machines ko operate aur monitor karna.
- Production drawing ke according components manufacture karna.
- Machine loading/unloading aur tool setting karna.
- Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge aur other measuring instruments ka use karna.
- First-piece inspection aur in-process inspection karna.
- Machine parameters, offsets aur tooling ko check/adjust karna.
- Production target aur quality standards maintain karna.
- Rejection, tool wear aur machine abnormalities ko report karna.
- CNC machine ki basic cleaning aur preventive maintenance mein support karna.
- Company ke safety rules aur 5S standards follow karna.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
