Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the restaurant, kitchen, dining area, washrooms, and surrounding premises. The role includes regular cleaning, dishwashing, waste disposal, and supporting periodic deep-cleaning activities.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 8th/10th standard qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, café, kitchen, or housekeeping work preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain restaurant floors, tables, chairs, counters, and other areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, sinks, and work surfaces.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen items.




- Clean and maintain washrooms and ensure availability of cleaning supplies.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste as per restaurant procedures.
- Perform regular mopping, sweeping, dusting, and floor cleaning.
- Clean kitchen drains and surrounding areas.
- Assist with cleaning exhaust filters and other kitchen ventilation areas.
- Support periodic deep cleaning and kitchen degreasing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness around the entrance, storage areas, and restaurant premises.
- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools safely and as instructed.
- Report maintenance, leakage, damage, or hygiene-related issues to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Perform other cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
