Black and White Creations is looking for motivated MBA Freshers and Experienced Candidates to join our Sales team.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients and understand their advertising and marketing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Candidate Profile

- MBA graduates/freshers interested in Sales.
- Candidates with prior sales or business development experience are also welcome.
- Good communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
