- Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive, check, count, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, and systematic storage of materials.
- Issue materials to relevant departments as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Merchandising, Sampling, Sourcing, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for GRN, material issue, transfer, and return.
- Ensure proper handling and protected storage of fabrics, garments, trims, and accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness and systematic organisation of the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Supervise store helpers and manage daily work allocation.
