Job Description (IT Digital Recon):

- Reconciliation of Payment channels, understanding of settlement process, end of day in recon, understanding of various components and parties of payment channels. OR
- Understanding of payment recon, account recon, understanding of settlement process in accounting.
- Reconciliation & Monitoring: Perform daily reconciliation of payment channels (ATM, POS, UPI, PPI) and identify mismatches or "breaks" in data.
- Incident Handling (L1 Support): Act as the first point of contact for reconciliation-related issues, handling, investigating, and resolving them within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).
- Dispute Management: Track and resolve customer or bank disputes, ensuring timely closure as per SLAs.
- Root Cause Analysis: Analyze logs and error messages to identify the cause of reconciliation breaks.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations) and external vendors/banks to resolve disputes.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹4.00 per year
